I am very routinely as i have well-drawn out schedules for all my tasks. this would make my work and my tutee's work timely,stress-free and tidy.
I am very direct in dishing out my instructions, taking my time to explain things over and over again. I am also patient with the pupil in grasp; especially for slow and struggling learners. I want my tutee to always ask questions. No question is foolish!
I also endevour to help struggling pupils again even after the day's work.
I want to develop innate potentials in students and bring out the quality in whoever i work with.
