I have worked as a substitute teacher in New Zealand and I have tutored ESL students in Hong Kong. My background as a journalist and newspaper sub-editor makes me well qualified to guide students in the correct use of English and to improve their writing skills. I am a mother of two young children and I appreciate the patience and sensitivity required to tutor both children and adults. While I am available to tutor face-to-face (in Sydney, Australia), I am just as eager to tutor online. My knowledge of French and Danish is an additional asset. I majored in history at university and I keep abreast of current affairs.
