I offer professional tuition from a purpose built centre using proven methods of raising attainment. Most students move up groups or score well in exams

I also offer specialised support for students wo have dyslexia or dyscalcula.

I try to base my lesson plans around the individual student and their learning needs. I usually ask them to bring a piece of work to our first meeting, and I assess what they need to work on in that course and base my lessons according to my findings. I like to have good communication between myself and my student(s). I also like to use many resources (visual aids, books, journal article, games, etc.) in my tutorials.

I am a very patient tutor - I'm sure most people say this but it is true: I am very patient. I have a younger sister who I used to and still do help with her homework and university assignments. At school I was a Prefect and Deputy Head of House so I am used to working with children and adolescents. I'm quite sociable and animated so I aim for my tutoring sessions to be lively without forgetting that the main goal is to learn and improve.
