Having gained a degree in Pure Mathematics and a PGCE, I went into primary school teaching. Later, I home-educated my sons from infancy, including teaching them Spanish to A* at GCSE in one year whilst teaching myself. After a year studying Spanish at a college to A grade A’ level, I began teaching Spanish to adults using the one year course I designed. I have studied NLP to Master Practitioner level, which has further enriched my learning and teaching skills. I also teach adult numeracy classes.

The main focus for Spanish is usually enabling the student to become progressively more fluent through an understanding of how the Spanish use their verbs and build their sentences. “Sandra makes learning Spanish very enjoyable and very productive.
