Typischerweise starte ich die Stunde mit einem kurzen Check des aktuellen Wissensstands und Verständnisses. Nachdem wir eventuelle Verständnislücken geschlossen haben, lösen wir ein paar Aufgaben. Falls keine mitgebracht werden, bereite ich welche vor.

Mein Unterrichtsstil ist kooperativ und nicht autoritär. Der Ablauf und Stil des Unterrichts wird auch gerne an Bedürfnisse der Schüler oder Erwartungen der Eltern angepasst. Ich fordere Schüler heraus, über das Auswendiglernen hinauszugehen und hoffe daher auf eine gewisse Lernbereitschaft.

Keine Angst davor haben, Fragen zu stellen, sobald diese auftauchen. Ich begegne euch mit Respekt, bewerte nicht und mit vielen Fragen lernt man am besten.

Wenn der Schüler oder die Schülerin mir 1-2 Tage vor der Stunde das Thema oder die geplanten Aufgaben zusenden, kann ich die Stunde optimal planen und nötige Vorbereitungen treffen.

Ich führe den Unterricht grundsätzlich ohne Anwesenheit der Eltern durch, da Schüler erfahrungsgemäß entspannter und konzentrierter arbeiten, wenn keine zusätzliche Nervosität entsteht.
