I enjoy teaching :)

I have taught English in the classroom and as a private tutor for over two years. Most of my experience is in teaching children (4 - 16 years old) from non-English speaking countries. I am extremely patient and reassuring to underconfident students and can help students to feel at home with the English language. I always prepare interesting and educational lessons to suit the student's needs.

I am an experienced IB tutor with experience working in a school setting, workshops, IB camps, etc. I love teaching and can help students improve their grades and gain enthusiasm for learning, set goals and fill the gaps in knowledge.

I finished school in Russia in June 1982 with the certificate and some experience of working as a tour guide for the English-speaking tourists and translator.
I entered the Leningrad State University in summer 1982 and studied science there for half a year.
From January to June 1983 I worked as a library assistant.
In summer 1983 I started to study History in the Leningrad State University and completed a five-year course there (degree awarded in June 1988).
From 1989 I worked as a school and college teacher in St Petersburg and combined this job with organising excursions for Russian and international tourists.
I also had some experience as a lecturer, academic advisor and a free-lance journalist in Russia.
I came to live in the UK in 1995.
Since then I worked in this country as an interpreter and translator (my translation job included research of the historical context of some texts to my clients’ request), as a teacher of History and Russian language and as a language tutor for international business executives.
I am currently working as a freelance interpreter and Russian language tutor.

– MA in English language and Literature (Istanbul Kültür Universität)

I have been working as a home tutor for the past 5 years. I also work in school as a languages teacher. Last year i worked as a Higher |Level Teaching Assistant, working with pupils from year 7 and year 9 in booster lessons ready for their SATs and Year 7 progress tests

While studying for my Master`s degree at Oxford University I tutored some undergraduate English students. This experience taught me the importance of listening to the student and valuing their contribution. I feel that the tutor should learn from the tutoring experience as well as the student.

While working as a Community Support Worker in Herefordshire, I tutored service users in basic literacy and numeracy skills. This work included tutoring service users with learning disabilities and dyslexia. I developed a more patient tutoring style at this time.

I believe that English literature and language and the most exciting of subjects and that improving a student`s ability to communicate and articulate themselves is fundamental to their development and future success. I feel that I have been able to inspire students I have worked with in the past and make the subjects highly exciting.

I have taught individuals and groups from 7 to 50 from beginners to advanced level

I taught at preparatory school teacher in Essex for 6 yeas as a class teacher covering all subjects for years 3 to 6.
1998 to date private tuition of students and business people in Russian language.

My approach depends on the type and needs of the students that I am tutoring, and as such I have a very open mind when first meeting them.
The methods of study will vary considerably. The younger students will need tuition geared to passing examinations whilst the more mature students are generally looking for an ability to be able top correspond orally, however with the latter I use elements of grammar and spelling as well.

I am very flexible and easygoing!

I believe that students should not realise what a hard job they are doing. So I try to use as many games, films, role-plays and discussions as possible. However, some serious work needs to be done as well, like grammar study. I speak 99 % Russian during classes, so students simply have to understand and learn. And it is fun too!!!!!

Giving lessons to those who want to learn language in live conversation mode. This way is the best way to acquire a new knowledge as fast as possible.

I am a teacher of Russian and English with 20 years of experience in different schools. I am from Russia. I particularly recall how well my students received me. Teaching is a difficult task at times, requiring that the teacher reach students with interesting knowledge, while forming constructive relationships with them simultaneously. And while I perceive that teaching a language could feel repetitive, I kept my successful teacher's instructions going, from one group on to another, with no complaints at all. I accomplish tasks under my responsibility with thorough precision. My technical methods are concise and expertly constructed. I understand a broad range of themes and philosophies, and I have a strong ability to innovate, create and expand knowledges, approaches and techniques.

I am twenty-eight years old and am currently training to be an opera singer. I have four years of experience working as a full time languages' teacher in English Independent Schools. I aim to make lessons interesting and fun as well as informative, and to teach in ways which make difficult ideas or topics easy to understand. I am happy teaching pupils of any age.

enjoy doing my job. I am a native speaker.

I like to teach! would love to teach kids who want to learn with understanding and have a strong hold on the subjects at an early stage.

Umgangssprachliches Russisch für Erwachsenen. Besprechung von Zeitungstexte. Preiswert.

I am always disposed to encourage and appreciate little improvements by the pupil, complex points made as easy as possible, able to establish good interpersonal relationship

Being qualified teacher (master\'s degree) and journalist,I am passionate about teaching languages and music. Ideally I would like to teach Russian, Ukrainian, piano and theory of music in bilingual (multilingual) families.
Revealing and developing children\'s talents and skills at early age is very important to achieve distinguished results. Having my longterm experience of working and communicating with different people (professionals and students), I am convinced that lessons must not be boring, they have to be exciting. With children I like reasonably combined teaching and playing. With young students I apply more strict discipline.
But in both groups I always encourage creative thinking, researching skills and initiative.

YES I AM A VERY PATIENT TUTOR
